Responsibility:
1. Preparing Balance Sheet and Analysis.
2. Preparing Trial Balance, Profit and Lose (PL).
3. Preparing monthly accounting statement and reports.
4. Reviewing accounts balance.
5. Daily and monthly reviewing bank statement and bank reconciliation.
6. Auditing and approving journal entry.
7. Preparing customer balance.
8. Preparing vendors balance.
9. Preparing and processing monthly salary for Employees and make ACH file
to send bank for deposit .(new salary – bonus- deduction- OT - Gosi – allowance- transportation - ect) .
10. Responsible for paying Iqama (renewal, new) through Internet.
11. Assuring the implementing of financial policy.
12. Solving accounting conflicts.
13. Preparing annual financial statements.
14. Reviewing audit reports.
15. Preparing annual budget and cash budget.
16. Preparing forecast expenses and revenues.
17. Reviewing daily activities of subordinates.
18. Handling meeting and improving subordinates knowledge.
19. Preparing monthly Performance Appraisal for subordinates.
20. Handling on job-training for new hires.
21. Handling semiannual Performance Appraisal for subordinates.
